Today’s #MunchieMonday recipe is Hiway Indica/Sativa Canna Pancakes! Keep reading to learn how to make them.

      • 1/3 cup Large-Flaked Rolled Oats
      • 2 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
      • ½ Tsp Baking Powder 
      • 1 Ripe Banana, Cut into Chunks
      • 1 Tbsp Edible Cannabis Oil (See recipe on Blog, Use 2 packs of Hiway Indica or Sativa Pre-rolls) 
      • 2 Eggs
      • 1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive/Avocado Oil 
      • 1 Cup Mixed Berries (fresh or thawed if frozen)
      • 1 Cup of Vanilla or Plain yogurt (Optional)

      Combine oats, flaxseed, and baking powder in a food processor and process for 30 seconds. Add Banana, Canna Oil, and eggs and process for 20 seconds or until well blended. Scrape batter into a medium bowl using a spatula. 

      Lightly oil a griddle or skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Drop batter into a hot skillet with a ladle. Cook until edges brown and bubbles appear on top. Flip and cook for 1 minute or until browned on other side.

      Serve with mixed berries and yogurt (if desired) over top.
