Infused Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich

    INGREDIENTS

    • 2 infused cookies of your choice (we have 4 different cookies Olli or emprise rapid brand)
    • Ice cream or frozen yogurt of your choice

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Soften cookies in microwave for 5 sec.
    2. Scoop ice cream or frozen yogurt onto bottom cookie
    3. Top with another cookie and enjoy.
