Today’s #MunchieMonday recipe is Liiv Cannabis Crockpot Meatballs! Keep reading to learn how to make them.
Ingredients for Meatballs:
- 1-2 lbs of frozen meatballs (Fully Cooked)
- 1 Cup of Non Infused BBQ Sauce (not too saucy in the crockpot)
- 1 Batch of our Saucy BBQ Sauce (Substitute Liiv Route 66 for Indica and Something About Larry for Sativa).
Ingredients for Infused BBQ Sauce:
- 1/4 cup of cannabis oil, made with 3.5 grams of Liiv Cannabis
- 2 cups of ketchup
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of cider vinegar
- 5 TBS brown sugar
- 5 TBS sugar
- Salt and pepper, a pinch of each
- 1/2 TBS of mustard (your choice)
- 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
For BBQ Sauce – Put all the ingredients in a pot stir and simmer for 15 minutes.
Place meatballs and 1 cup of non-infused BBQ sauce into the crock pot and turn on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours. Once you’ve made the infused BBQ sauce wait until the timer goes off pour the Infused sauce over the meatballs stir and let sit for a few minutes then put in serving dish and enjoy!
