Creamy Ranch Corn Dip

Ingredients

• 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Original Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix
• 16 ounces infused sour cream (see 41cBlog for recipe)
• 10 ounces can crush tomatoes or Salsa
• 11 ounces can of corn
• 3/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese

For a little extra flavor

Add Black Olives: Olives are not everyone’s favorite flavor, but they can really add something extra to this recipe.
Add Jalapenos: REALLY love some extra heat with your recipes? Add in jalapenos to the recipe. Chop them up into tiny bits or add bigger chunks.

Instructions

1. Mix in a bowl
2. Refrigerate for 1 hour
3. Serve
