Infused Buffalo Chicken Wings
INGREDIENTS:
- 1-2lbs of chicken wings
- ½ cup of infused buffalo sauce (see #41cBlog for recipe)
- 1-2 pinches of flour or cornstarch for a crispy skin
- 2-3 tablespoons of a seasoning of your choice
DIRECTIONS:
- Toss wings in seasoning.
- Sprinkle flour or cornstarch on top of the wings
- Cook in an air fryer or oven at 400 for 20-25min rotating halfway through
- After cooked toss in infused buffalo sauce
